Parceiros do Café is an exclusive coffee blend made up of beans sourced from four different farms: Boa Vista, Fazenda Furnas, Mato Cipo, and Apostolo Simao. Each of these farms is run by dedicated families in the Minas Gerais region. This blend is created with a focus on quality, transparency, and traceability, establishing strong relationships with each farm based on the quality of their beans and their commitment to data transparency. Each farm's beans contribute unique qualities to the blend, resulting in a consistently delicious and clean cup of coffee.

Flavor

The newest lot of Brazil Parceiros do Café is truly a delectable and refreshing coffee. Expressive and layered, it exhibits an array of flavors from tart dried apricot to dark brown sugar and many others in between. In lighter roast levels, this coffee presents as sweet and juicy, possessing notes of toffee, honey and the rich, concentrated sweetness of dried fruit. At more developed levels, it expresses a deep, round and rich sweetness reminiscent of semi-sweet morsels and fruit leather with a hint of spice. This coffee does an excellent job of maintaining body, texture and sweetness across all roast levels. Fantastic as a sweet and silky drip coffee or as a nuanced and balanced shot of espresso with notes of fudge and toasted hazelnut.
